Your assessment is a relaxed, confidential conversation where we explore your current circumstances, emotional wellbeing, what you hope to achieve and any previous counselling or support you may have received.This session also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether you feel comfortable working with me. There is no obligation to continue after the assessment.
